A new week - A new lifestyle

With the start of this week my intention was to begin a "new" life, start training a little, finish my homework in time, keeping my apartment clean, and my hygiene in tip top shape, and such stuff. But all my thoughts had a rough start, I had two tests in school, "unfortunatly", I hadn't studied for any of them, so they didn't go so great, to be honest.

After school I was to do all my homework, writing an essay, but after about 250 words my head went blank, I couldn't think of anything to write about. So I thaught I''d do some workout instead, I can only say one thing about my "workout": "HAHAHA!!". It didn't go after my plans at all, I hardly had the stamina to do any pushups and even less do situps!! (Looks like Mr. Guttaperka had some more success.)

I hope the next they of my changed life will have, a little, more success to it.

Edit: Guttaperka fixed some spelling errors (I left some to keep it "genuine")

The Phenomenon of Locked Wireless Networks

As a student who lives away from home getting access to the internet can be a problem at times. When this problem comes I can usually connect to one of my neighbours', but it seems like more and more people tend to lock their networks. This I can not understand, in Denmark the only way of escaping their IPRED law is by having open networks.

Now to my problem, and probably many more's, I don't feel like downlaoding through my own internet so I connect to my neighbour's, but is seems like he has figured out that someone (me) is using his internet. The result is that he closed his connection, and I'm sitting here with half movies(!?) who wants that? Not me, so I say;
- Open internet access for everyone!!

I hope you (my neighbour) reads this and do as I want!

Puh, now that my anger is gone I'll continue. When I look at how many wireless networks that are in the area I see about twenty, how many can I get access to the internet through? None is the answer; everybody has a password that has to be beaten before access is granted. These people might think that they are safer from the IPRED law if they close their connections, but this is not the right way to get past this problem, an open network is the way to go!
Let's say the police comes to you and says: "Someone has been downloading/uploading from this internet connection", if you have a closed network the options of who did it isn't that big, on the other hand, if you have an open network it is very easy and credible to say that some unknown person has been doing illegal via my internet and then add a face of big astonishment.

That was all for know!

Have a great day!

Excellent News!

I just found out that Microsoft is going to upgrade my OS (Windows 7 Beta) with...(wait for it)... the exact same files that I already have!

This sounds really good as it, most surely (unless I'm very unlucky), will fix my current errors. Hurrah!

Wish me luck everyone!

The Quality of the Linguist

I have to agree with what my friend erstwhile unto here has written. Skype is a programme for those who want to have their report of mental illness very soon, those who want to speed the process, so to say.

About the graphics of NetHack: it's far more developed than e.g. Hack, Hunt the Wumpus, etc. Also it sometimes is a little too demanding for my amiga machine. However, I don't recall that my beloved pussy would ever had been out of sight. I love to caress its smooth surface, it's not nice when it's been somewhere damp or slimy, though.

Also, for those of you who can't bear the perfect quality of my friend's posts, perhaps due to the extremely nice grammar and spelling, can visit other blogs such as http://matildamotvarlden.blogg.se/, or http://gredditt.blogg.se/. Alas, understanding of the Swedish language may be required.

Another unimportant post, like always.

When talking with some friends on skype today one of them, I won't mention your name Matilda, refused to turn of the sound on her chatting programme, so we had to listen to these very annoying sounds such as "drdrdrdrdr""biong""diong""kaplosch" and this is not so fun to listen to whilst doing something useful like playing nethack!

I just have to say this!! Nethack is one of the funniest games ever! Some people keep saying that the graphics are worthless, but they don't see what the game really is about, because they haven't tried it. Anywho, we, the writers in this blog, really find this game amusing and fun, espacially our outbursts like "NOOOOO!!! I died!!!!" or "someone killed my kitten" in the middle of our conversations.

A day at Guttaperka's

At first he was really nice to me, giving me water and such.

But suddenly I realised why he's called the Knight of Death! He started poking me without any particular reason!

He said he would kill momy too!!!!

But it came across he was only joking with my poor heart and the valiant part of his knighthood became apparent. He gave me some lemonade and cookies(!) for joining the dark side. As the picture shows I enjoyed myself rather much.

The arrival of Death's valient Knight

Aye, I have now arrived. 'Tis the beginning of a new era, at least the voices in my head told me so, I shall obey their command. As soon as I come up with anything worthwhile to write about I'll let you know, untill that: let me hear your wishes. Anything about literature, culture, human mind, philosophy et. al., or anything else.

I'm also known as Mr. Serious; there's going to be not even the slightest smile on thy face as thou readest my utterly serious drafts, nay, no mirth shall be beheld on thy lips. So be it, till the new era begins, and I actually start to write anything.

As of the words of my 'friend' here: don't believe him. I've got no style in writing, whatsoever - nor have I ever had.

Best regards from: Death's Valiant Knight

The begining of a new blog

Nowadays it seems like everybody has their own blogs, wondering what the fascinating thing about these blogs are I started my own to find out, hopefully my friend will join in soon. After his entrance the contents will change to the better because I'm not that great of a writer, at least thats what my plans are. He will help me fill this blog with as much irrelevant stuff as possible. You will also notice that his writing style is a little better than mine, so get ready to be entartained(, or not,) by us.
Now one might wonder why I will write about irrelevant stuff, the answer is easy. It's more fun to write about something that has absolutely nothing to do with anything than writing about things of importance.

That will be all for now, hopefully, I'll be back soon enough.
